    Downloads but saysError connecting to server – Restart updater. But it can’t load app data.Locarl.temp.nss5DB4.tmp>inetc.dll. Folders are there but ll empty

    Downloaded and installed but will not connect…..says running v1.0.02 but notice some people saying they are running v 2.0…….. updater doesnt update…. HELP!!!!

    Everything works fine and i’ve been playing around for a bit, but when i try to login now it’s telling me the player is already logged in… This is using the demo version.

      From the forum it seems there’s a lot of people that had issues with this, but no matter what i try, I can’t login again. My forum account won’t validate as i think their email servers are down.
      Is there still an active community within this game?

      That happens on occasion. Usually I just clic again 1 or twice and all will work fine

        I had tried that for quite a while and it didn’t work.
        However, after a full computer reboot it did allow me to log back in.
        Still having issues on the forum, but there’s no one to get in touch with and I’m not allowed to send PMs since I won’t get a validation email for my account.

          Once you’ve signed up for a free callsign you should have access to the CP pilots forum. Lots of good people and help to be found there. If you’re unable to do that try contacting support from the above tabs

            Yeah, that’s what i’ve done a couple of days ago, but it’s not granting me full access. I think something is wrong with their email servers (i’ve tried getting a link to purchase to full version by entering my callsign, but it shows an email server error). I’ve also sens an email to support and got an automated message back saying the person no longer works there. I’ve sent an email to the address giving within that email, but nada so far. I hope this gets fixed soon and hope this game takes off. I’m liking the game so far yet, but a lot needs to be fixed.

            The same happens to me. I love the idea and i’m in fact taking the steps in the demo, but i want to buy the harrier package and contribute in the comunity forums, and i’m not allowed. It’s like there’s none working here anymore…

            Hi May, my forum issue was fixed by contacting their facebook page. https://www.facebook.com/CombatPilotSeries
            Just send a private message stating your problem with you forum account and they’ll fix it. From there, you can get in touch with i think Knightfall on the forum.

            They are working on the ‘needs a link’ problem to upgrade from demo to full version.

            It should at least fix the issue of not being able to use the forums. There seem to be a problem with a part of their email service not being able to send out emails. I hope that gets fixed soon.

    hi – the installer cannot find where I have installed FS Gold edition…
    Keeps saying to restart installation of CP but there is no option to point it to the right place.

      If you have facebook, try getting in touch with them there so they can fix your forum account. There’s a lot more activity there. You might get an idea as what to do from there.

    I have downloaded the demo and i can log in with me email and password but I cant see any servers online when i click to play …I keep getting a server timed out message …..Also I can only see one aircraft for me to fly and the game never asked me for a call sign ?

      For starters, in the demo version you are assigned a random callsign. CPxxxx. The x’s being random numbers. I believe the demo only has the first few training missions available, that means you can only fly the T6, which is used for those missions. In the full version you then get to unlock the jets after you complete all the T-6 training missions.

      As for the server timed out I’m not sure, since you use windows 8, it’s a good thing to use the compatibility troubleshooter on your shortcut and accept the first compatibility it comes up with. For the full version this does make a difference. Give it a try.
